我們在做的，是噶奇美多傑仁波切的願景。他 2019 年受怙主直貢澈贊法王委任， 主持瑪南閉關園區。 What we are doing is GarTul Chimi Dorjee Rinpoche's vision. In 2019 H.H. Drikung Kyabgön Chetsang Rinpoche entrusted him with the Manang retreat campus.

噶千仁波切為什麼要我們做這件事 Why Garchen Rinpoche asks this of us
「那個地方有法脈與族脈。族脈就是人的血脈，也就是瑪瑟的家族世系； 法脈就是修持的傳承、密咒的傳承、實修加持的傳承。 為了讓這兩者都不中斷，尼香閉關房正在重建。」 “In that place there is a dharma lineage and a family line. The family line is the human descent, that is the Mase family; the dharma lineage is the transmission of practice, of secret mantra, of the blessing that comes of actual practice. So that neither is broken, the Nyeshang retreat house is being restored.”
「此生，人人都希望長壽、無病、安樂圓滿，為此需要修法。 而對於來世、對於一切已故者，則需要作迴向。 如果尼香閉關房重建起來，對當地所有人、對整個山谷，就會生起安樂。
從這三個意義上來說，這件事非常重要。因此，感謝各位為此承擔。」 “In this life everyone wishes for long life, freedom from illness and happiness, and for that, practice is needed. For the next life, and for all who have passed, dedication is needed. If the Nyeshang retreat house is restored, happiness will arise for all the local people and for the whole valley.
In these three senses this is very important. So I thank you all for taking it up.”

從最大到最小，三層Three levels, largest to smallest

2025 年，直貢澈贊法王親自指派閉關指導上師袞秋嘉瓦(竹奔袞秋嘉瓦)駐錫瑪南閉關園區。 他自 2025 年五月起常駐至今，不曾離開，並不時為村民舉辦法會。 這是 Papa 仁波切 2020 年圓寂後，山谷裡第一次又有常駐的上師。 In 2025 H.H. Drikung Kyabgön Chetsang Rinpoche appointed the retreat master Drupon Konchok Gyalwa to reside at the Manang campus. He has been there since May 2025 without leaving, and holds ceremonies for the village from time to time. This is the first resident teacher in the valley since Papa Rinpoche died in 2020.

噶千仁波切不是來背書的 Garchen Rinpoche is not endorsing us
血親，梅隆藏巴是噶千仁波切七位叔叔之一，而他的兄弟阿僧尼瑪就是噶千的父親。
師徒，方向相反，第一世奇美多傑是噶千仁波切的上師。

850 年來第一次 First time in 850 years
2024 年 9 月，直貢澈贊法王親臨瑪南，於園區預定地傳授大遷識法與長壽灌頂。
四十多個村落、上千人。這是直貢傳承 850 年來法王首度親臨。
而且順序很重要：先服務，再募款。
In September 2024 H.H. the Drikung Chetsang Rinpoche came to Manang and gave
phowa and long-life empowerment on the campus site. Forty villages, over a thousand people.
The first visit by a Drikung throne holder in 850 years.
And the order matters: serve first, then ask.

2027 年：募多少就做多少 2027: what is raised decides what is built
如果冬天結束前沒到 20 萬，那是「明年做少一點」,不是「停工」，這是分年推進最重要的安全閥。 This ladder is the copy: “Raise 200K and the teachers' rooms and the café start next year; every further step completes another piece of ground, water or path.” Each level maps to something you can see.
If winter ends below 200K, that means less gets built, not that work stops, the most important safety valve in building year by year.

這和「所有護持者共同刻在一面牆上」是兩種不同的做法，可以並存，但要先講清楚誰是哪一種。 Stone inscription is not a new idea, it is already a formal promise. The English version is specific: “a carved stone plaque bearing the dedicant's name, permanently placed at the room”, one plaque per room, at that room.
That is a different mechanism from a shared wall carrying every supporter's name. Both can exist, but who gets which must be settled first.
護持者拿到什麼What supporters receive
每一次動工都舉行儀式，為所有護持者迴向 Every start of work is marked with a ceremony, dedicated for all supporters
整個園區都是石砌，地基、上師房、閉關房、步道擋土牆。 每一波 campaign 都有自己的石頭 The whole campus is stone, foundation, cottages, paths, retaining walls. Every campaign wave has its own stone
而且它給了募款最需要的東西：真實的截止日。「捐款到 X 日截止，名字會刻進這一期的石頭」石頭砌上去就不能再加名字，這個急迫感是工程給的，不是編的。 Three advantages: ① no tiers, a small gift and a large one are carved on the same wall ② stone has no limit, rooms do (there are only 17) ③ fully compatible with one fund.
And it gives fundraising the thing it most needs: a real deadline. “Give by this date and your name goes into this season's stone.” Once the stone is laid, no name can be added. That urgency comes from the work itself.
實體的東西是給那個地方的；照片是給護持者的。 The thing most easily forgotten, and the most important: most supporters will never go to Manang. So the real deliverable is not the stone but a photograph of the stone, sent to each of them. Film the ceremony, photograph the carving close up, and send it to every supporter rather than posting it and waiting.
The object belongs to the place. The photograph belongs to the supporter.

我們怎麼一起做這件事How we work together
願景在上，執行在下 Vision above, execution below
整體願景與執行守則由仁波切訂定，園區要成為什麼、要對人做什麼、 對外呈現的分寸。這一層不由團隊決定，團隊依循它工作。 台灣中心與越南中心負責執行：把計劃介紹出去、推廣出去，以及募款。 Rinpoche sets the vision and the working principles, what the campus is to become, what it is for, and how it presents itself. That layer is not the team's to decide. The Taiwan and Vietnam centres carry out the work: introducing the project, spreading it, and raising the funds.

寫東西的守則 How we write
- 不以頭銜開場。瑪瑟家族五、六百年從不宣揚自己是誰，這是傳承本身的做法，不是行銷選擇。 Never lead with titles. The Mase family has not announced itself for five or six centuries, that is the lineage's own practice, not a marketing position.
- 先服務，再募款。2024 年請直貢澈贊法王到瑪南主法， 是在向任何人開口之前先回饋當地。 Serve first, then ask. His Holiness was invited to Manang in 2024 to give something back before anyone was asked for anything.
- 引用一律用原話。仁波切的英文以柏克萊講稿為準，不從中文回譯。 Quote the original. Rinpoche's English comes from the Berkeley transcript, never back-translated from Chinese.
- 有出處才寫進文案。這個計劃的可信度就建立在這件事上。 Nothing goes into copy without a source. The credibility of the project rests on it.
- 事實比形容詞有力。不寫「壯麗的喜馬拉雅」「心靈的故鄉」。 Facts beat adjectives. No "majestic Himalaya", no "spiritual homeland".
- 數字口徑：第一期 US$607,000(高標)，不含金剛瑜伽母殿與後續各期； 海拔 3,397 公尺。舊的 552,000、585,000 與 3,500 停用。 園區名稱一律 Yogini Retreat Manang，工作小組是 Manang Vision。 Figures: Phase I is US$607,000 at the high estimate, excluding the Vajrayogini temple and all later phases; 3,397 metres. The older 552,000, 585,000 and 3,500 are retired. The campus is called Yogini Retreat Manang; the working group is Manang Vision.
已經定下來的做法 Already settled
- 建築由 SMA 決定。在地材料與工法；閉關房沿等高線散開， 彼此看不到對方，嵌進坡裡不高過村子的屋頂。 SMA decides the architecture. Local materials and methods. Cottages spread along the contours so none overlooks another, set into the slope, never rising above the village roofs.
- Grand Café 對村民開放。有活動時是團體閉關的餐廚， 其他時間是村子可以用的地方，全年是登山客能走進來的咖啡廳與社區中心。 整套村民敘事都建立在這一條上。 The Grand Café is open to the village. Kitchen and dining hall during programmes, a room the village can use the rest of the time, and a café any trekker may walk into all year. Everything we say about serving the village rests on this.
- 全部都是大眾共同募款，這是唯一的主線。 個人認領(一間閉關房 $23,000)只是額外的一個選項，另外寫，不跟主線並列。 Everything is one collective fund, that is the only line. Dedicating a cottage individually ($23,000) is an extra option, written separately.
- 所有捐款人一視同仁。進度、電子報、交付報告都一樣。 Every donor is treated the same. Progress, newsletter and delivery reports go to all alike.
- 金流與收據沿用既有的工具，不另做一套。 收據產生器與試算表已經在運作中，新的募款頁接上去就好。 Payments and receipts stay on the existing tooling, we are not building a second system. The receipt generator and its spreadsheet are already running; the new giving page connects to them.
- 兩個網站：瑪南計劃一個獨立網站，仁波切一個個人網站。 Two websites: an independent one for the Manang project, and a personal one for Rinpoche.

網域與正式信箱Domain and proper email addresses
現在對外用的是 GCDRcommunity@gmail.com，而網站掛在
pages.dev 的子網域上。要收國際捐款，這兩件都撐不久,gmail 位址與免費子網域會直接影響大額捐款人的信任判斷。

卡住什麼：網域一換，所有已經發出去的連結都要重導； 愈晚換，要追的連結愈多。 What it blocks: every link already sent out has to be redirected when the domain changes. The longer we wait, the more links there are to chase.
A 最急，卡住其他事Blocking others
A1 · 刻名的實體形式是什麼？What form does the carving take?
以石造為主。形式決定能放多少字、能不能事後補、要多少工，而這三件事決定了截止日與文案怎麼寫。不定這一項，整個 campaign 沒辦法開始講。 Stone-built. The form decides how many names fit, whether names can be added later, and how much labour it takes, which in turn set the deadline and the copy. Until this is settled the campaign cannot be described.
目前的方向：刻在外牆上。 Current direction: carved into the exterior wall. 但細節全部還要討論，以下是要一起決定的。 But every detail is still open, these are what needs settling.
- 外牆嵌入刻名石，每一期一塊或一區，分期都刻得下 Inscribed stones set into the exterior wall, one per phase or per zone
- 單獨一面刻名牆(不依附建築，位置自由) A free-standing wall of names, not attached to a building
- 放進地基的名冊(可無限量，但看不見) A register placed in the foundation, unlimited, but unseen
要一起決定的細節：字多大、一塊放幾個名字、 刻在哪一面牆(誰看得到)、四種文字怎麼排、事後能不能補、風化與維護。 Details to settle together: letter size, names per stone, which wall (who sees it), how four scripts are set, whether names can be added later, weathering and upkeep.
A2 · 這一期刻名的截止日是哪一天？What is the carving deadline?
這是 campaign 的軸心。沒有截止日就沒有「現在就要行動」的理由， 而這個理由是工程本身給的，石頭砌上去就不能再加名字。 This is the spine of the campaign. Without a date there is no reason to act now, and the reason is given by the work itself: once laid, no name can be added.
- 對齊地基完工日，往前抓 2–3 週給核對與刻工 Tie it to foundation completion, minus 2–3 weeks for checking and carving
A3 · 名字怎麼寫？How are names written?
本名？法名？家族名稱(已有先例)?「某某闔家」?
可不可以為已故者迴向留名？，最後這一項在佛教募款裡幾乎一定有人問。
刻錯的字在石頭上是永久的。
Given name? Dharma name? Family name (there is already a precedent)?
A household? May a name be entered in dedication for someone who has died?, that
question will certainly be asked. A mistake in stone is permanent.

A4 · 四種文字怎麼排？Four scripts on one stone
藏文、中文、英文、尼泊爾文可能出現在同一塊石頭上。 混排要先設計，不能到現場才想，石匠不會替你解決排版。 Tibetan, Chinese, English and Nepali may all appear on one stone. The layout must be designed in advance, the mason will not solve typesetting for you.

現在的網站是內部審閱版，不是募款頁，這也是大家覺得亂的原因。 要把「對外介紹」和「對內決策」徹底分開。 The current site is an internal draft, not an appeal, which is exactly why it feels confusing. The public story and the internal decision log must be separated completely.

B4 · 誰負責交付？Who owns delivery?
沒有人負責的事不會發生。每個工程節點要交付照片、花費、 對到估價單哪一項，這比募款文案更能決定第二年還有沒有人捐。 What no one owns does not happen. Each milestone needs photographs, spend, and the BoQ line it maps to, this determines second-year giving far more than any copy does.

C1 · US$23,000「供養一間」怎麼講The US$23,000 level
護持一整間閉關房的人，要的不是產權，是留名。 口徑要照這個定下來。 Someone who funds a whole cottage is not buying title; they are asking to be remembered. The wording should follow from that.
