大眾募款方案與金流
幣別一律用美金。 台幣匯率一直在動(2026-05 是 31.5,2026-08-09 是 32.18), 同一筆美金換算出來的台幣數字幾個月就過期,所以預算、里程碑與對外文案只寫美金。
需要台幣時當場換算,不要寫死在文件裡。
兩條募款路線
園區的錢分成兩條路線走,對象不同,不要混在一起講。

工程款項支付所有款項一律先進台灣的光明洲實修中心統一募集,再匯到尼泊爾的 Gar Jamtse Foundation。 不接受直接匯款到尼泊爾,也不由個人代收。

預算與里程碑
第一期:US$607,000(高標)
只包含三項:21 間閉關石屋、Grand Café、全園區的水利與基礎設施。
金剛亥母殿、教學大殿、老年閉關區、八塔不在這個數字裡。
每一項都取高標估算,舊的 552,000 與 585,000 已停用。
現階段:Grand Café 地基 US$10,000
估價單金額 US$6,115.55,加上場勘、監工與當地監工薪資,這一期抓 US$10,000。[待確認] 已募金額請以最新對帳為準,公開前重新核對。
明年春天的里程碑階梯
雪融後能蓋多少,取決於募到多少。募多少就做多少,不是沒達標就失敗。

錢要到位的時程
高山施工季很短,錢到位的時間比金額更關鍵:錯過施工季,錢再多也蓋不了。

冬天不是空白期。 停工期間是整理、說明與募集下一階段的時間, 不是等待,對外要說清楚在做什麼。
對外寫作的三條紅線
- 不做單位成本對應。 不要寫「一筆錢 = 一塊石頭／一立方公尺石牆」。
工程順序會變,一對一成本是虛構的。
- 里程碑對應工程範圍可以寫。 「募到 US$200,000 → 明年蓋 4 間上師房」
是透明說明,與第 1 點不同,不要一起擋掉。
- 不用假倒數、假稀缺、未確認的「最後機會」。
Public Fundraising Plan & Money Flow
All figures in US dollars. The NT rate keeps moving (31.5 in May 2026, 32.18 on 9 Aug 2026), so any NT figure written into a document goes stale within months.
Budgets, milestones and public copy quote USD only; convert to NT at the moment of use.
Two fundraising tracks
Money for the campus arrives along two separate tracks. They address different people and should not be presented side by side as two price points.

Construction paymentsEverything is collected first by Oseling Meditation Center Taiwan and then remitted to the Gar Jamtse Foundation in Nepal. No direct transfers to Nepal, and no individual collecting on behalf of the project.

After sending, supporters write to us with the amount and the last five digits of their account. We reconcile within two working days and confirm by email. Annual donation receipts are posted by the end of April.
Budget and milestones
Phase I: US$607,000 (upper bound)
Covers three things only: 21 stone retreat cottages, the Grand Café, and the water and site infrastructure for the whole campus. The Vajrayogini temple, the teaching hall, the elderly retreat area and the eight stupas are outside this figure. Every line is costed at the high estimate. The older figures of 552,000 and 585,000 are retired.
Now: Grand Café foundation, US$10,000
The quotation is US$6,115.55; with the site visit, supervision and the local supervisor's wages, this round is set at US$10,000.[to confirm] Reconcile the amount raised before publishing it.
Milestone ladder for next spring
How much can be built after the snow melts depends on how much has been raised.
Whatever is raised is what gets built — falling short of the top figure is not failure.

When the money has to be there
The high-altitude building season is short. Timing matters more than the total: money that arrives after the season closes cannot build anything that year.

Winter is not a blank. The months without construction are for accounting, explaining and raising the next stage. Say what is happening rather than going quiet.
Three rules for public copy
- No unit-cost mapping. Never write "this gift buys one stone" or "NT$920 per cubic
metre of wall". The build order changes, and one-to-one costs are invented.
- Threshold-to-scope is allowed. "US$200,000 raised means four teachers' cottages next
year" is transparency, not unit pricing. Do not block it along with rule 1.
- No fake countdowns, fake scarcity, or unconfirmed "last chance".
