三層文件,不要搞混

一頁看完
地方。 尼泊爾瑪南谷，海拔 3,397 公尺。密勒日巴在這裡閉過關，山洞還在。
家族。 瑪瑟家族的修行傳統往前追溯五、六百年，本身就是蘇曼噶舉的源頭。
三代人守著同一個山谷：梅隆藏巴仁波切（1914–1981）、 瑪瑟・噶瑪竹舉丹增仁波切（1941–2020，村民口中的 Papa 仁波切）、 現在的噶奇美多傑仁波切。
人。 噶奇美多傑仁波切 2019 年由怙主直貢澈贊法王委任主持這個園區。
他為了饒益瑪南信眾，2024 年登拉契雪山向法王請法，促成了瑪南聖地大法會； 2025 年又促請法王指派閉關指導上師常駐。他本人不長住瑪南， 他做的是承接這條傳承、把園區建起來。
土地。 2019 到 2026 年，園區的土地是與村民逐戶、一份一份合約談成的，花了七年。
要蓋什麼。 八項設施。其中三項有設計圖與估價單，構成第一期： 21 間閉關石屋、Grand Café、水利與基礎設施。
金剛亥母殿有概念設計與定案位置，教學大殿、老年閉關區、八塔還是構想。
錢。 第一期 US$607,000（高標）。
現在募的是 Grand Café 的地基 US$10,000，已募一半。
2027 年的門檻是 US$200,000，募到多少決定那一年做得起哪幾項。
時間，三個不能滑動的日子。 十月底山上封凍，地基要在那之前做完； 2027 年 2 月底前款項要匯出（台灣匯尼泊爾要審查兩個月）； 2027 年 4–5 月第一期工程款到期。
建築。 SMA 負責。長期在尼泊爾高山與國家公園做案子，NGO 理念， 2025 年以永續石造建築獲法國 Global Materia Award。技術細節不由我們審查。
分工。 仁波切訂整體願景與執行守則；台灣中心與越南中心負責介紹推廣與募款； SMA 負責建築。
讀的時候注意
這五份是不同時間寫的，有些數字彼此不一致。以這裡的為準： 海拔 3,397、第一期 US$607,000、地基 US$10,000。
文件裡若出現別的總額或別的海拔，都是舊的，已經停用。

Rule: when the construction facts change, update Level 2 first, then pass it down. Do not let each person interpret it separately. Where two documents disagree, Level 2 wins;
where Level 2 disagrees with this library, the library wins.

The whole thing on one page
The place. The Manang valley, Nepal, 3,397 metres. Milarepa sat in retreat here;
the cave is still there.
The family. The Mase family's practice tradition goes back five or six centuries, and is itself the source of the Zurmang Kagyü. Three generations have kept this valley:
Melong Tsampa Rinpoche (1914–1981), Mase Karma Drubgyud Tenzin Rinpoche (1941–2020, "Papa Rinpoche" to the villagers), and now GarTul Chimi Dorjee Rinpoche.
The person. In 2019 H.H. Drikung Kyabgön Chetsang Rinpoche entrusted GarTul Chimi Dorjee Rinpoche with this campus. For the sake of the people of Manang he climbed Mount Lapchi in 2024 to request teachings from His Holiness, and the great gathering in Manang followed; in 2025 he asked His Holiness to appoint a resident retreat master. He does not live in Manang himself.
His part is to carry the lineage forward and to get the campus built.
The land. Between 2019 and 2026 the land was assembled household by household, one contract at a time. It took seven years.
What is being built. Eight facilities. Three of them have finished designs and a bill of quantities, and make up Phase I: twenty-one stone retreat cottages, the Grand Café, and the water and infrastructure work. The Vajrayogini temple has a concept design and a fixed position; the teaching hall, the elders' retreat and the eight stupas are still at the idea stage.
The money. Phase I is US$607,000 at the high estimate.
What is being raised now is the US$10,000 foundation for the Grand Café, half in.
The threshold for 2027 is US$200,000; what is raised decides what gets built that year.
Time, and three dates that cannot move. The mountain freezes at the end of October and the foundation must be done by then;
the money must be wired out by the end of February 2027 (a remittance from Taiwan to Nepal takes two months to clear); the Phase I construction payment falls due in April or May 2027.
The architecture. SMA. Years of work in Nepal's high mountains and national parks, NGO principles, and the Global Materia Award in France in 2025 for sustainable stone architecture.
The engineering detail is not ours to review.
Who does what. Rinpoche sets the vision and the working principles; the Taiwan and Vietnam centres introduce the project, spread it, and raise the funds; SMA builds.
One thing to watch while reading
These five were written at different times and some figures disagree with each other.
The ones here are correct: 3,397 metres, US$607,000 for Phase I, US$10,000 for the foundation.
Where a document gives a different total or a different altitude, that is an older figure and is retired.
